Thanks TBH that makes me feel better! The dietian we meet with said when he turns one we can start him on pedisure! It is a fight to take bottles so I have no desire to add a few more months of that! I am just worried how he will at daycare in August!
Thanks for making me feel better!
Don't worry about the eating. My first couldn't eat like this baby until well after 15 months. She turns 3 soon and is a fantastic eater and very healthy. My first would gag on anything of mixed textures so we could never move past stage 2. At her first birthday she was eating little bits of cheese and deli turkey but not much else other than bottles. We just continued formula for a few extra months to compensate for the lack of table food and she did wonderfully.
Oh wow it's great to hear where everyone else is at right now. JAXX I can't believe Alex is running already!
1st birthdays are right around the corner I can't wait to see lots of messy cake pictures!

Cruz has mastered the art of "cruising" he loves to hold on the furniture and walls to get moving! He stands holding on to things (sometimes with just a few fingers) I feel like I am always chasing him around the house.......so I am not sure I want him to walk! lol
He loves to wave "bye-bye" It is so cute, he can tell when someone is leaving and he just starts waving! He also loves to clap his hands (patty cake is his favorite). He says dada, mama and he once said hi! He also speaks complete gibberish!
He is still not eating all that great, I cannot get him out of stage 2 jars.....ugh! He is finally starting to put on some weight though. We have a had a very hard time with this due to ear infections. But now that he is out of daycare and home with me for the summer (I am teacher) he has been ear infection free and eating a little better!
He is working 7 teeth (he has 3 coming out) Despite this he still does not chew large pieces of things! He is such a finicky eater!
It is amazing how fast time as gone, and I love watching him grow!!!!!
Joel doesn't walk yet but loves to cruise around the furniture .. He can stand on his own but doesn't like to do it very often. He says dada and a lot of gibberish .. He doesn't say any words that mean anything yet. He has two teeth and loves to eat real food. We gave up baby food at 9 months. He eats everything that my husband and I do. He has a huge appetite.
He also says Mama Dada, NayNay(my sister) and no no... lol i must say that to him a lot... haha He's still not a great eater though... like i said before, he suffered over 3 mos of terrible ear infections and had to get tubes in April, so his appetite is just now catching up... he also waves... not always so im not even sure if he means to, but when he does it sure looks like he's waving bye??? he still doesn't sleep through the night either... ugh, that milestone is the one i most long for! lol
he has 6 maybe 7 teeth now... he's teething at all times it seems!
Alex started walking at 9mos 1wk... now he runs! lol
She turned 10 months this past weekend and started to walk last week. She still prefers to crawl, but can take up to 10 small steps. She tries to copy everything her sister does. The other day I found she had successfully put the potty seat on the toilet. This morning she was dancing with her sister :) I am amazed by how much she eats, especially since she only has one tooth. I'm giving up on baby food since she loves real food so much. She especially loves steak, chicken, and veggies and won't touch fruit. We have a few words like dada, bye, numnum, etc... She started signing "more" at 8 months but is getting lazy with that.
Well Taylor sounds alot like Bella. She isnt walking yet but will walk around furniture. She is a fast little thing too! The minute I pick her up and move her to a safe location she is back into trouble before I sit down! I need to invest in something to contain her, lol. She also prefers dog food to her own:~D
