Slow growth?

I finally had my u/s today and they tell me I'm 7 weeks.  Problem is, my son is only measuring at 6 weeks.  His heartbeat is at 117, which she told me is good, but she is concerned about his size.  I go for another u/s next week to be sure he's still growing.  We transferred 2 boys, but only 1 stuck.  That bummed me out, but now I don't want to lose this one either.
Anyone else start off with a small peanut?

Just wanted to follow up with everyone, shortly after my last u/s, my little boy just stopped growing.  It took 3 weeks to miscarry and yes, I'm devastated.  I was so sure he would be fine.

Looking forward to hope and starting over again in April.

Thanks, I hope so!  I've been a basketcase all day.  I really hoped my two had stuck, but to find out the one that did might not make it is driving me insane.

I don't have any personal experience, but from everything I've read (darned internet!), I think you're probably ok.  Lots of women measure slightly behind early on, especially depending on the skill of the US Tech and the shape of your uterus.

Crossing my fingers for you!
