I think I felt the baby?

Hey all...

So yesterday morning, before I got up for work, I was in a bit of discomfort due to this hard mass about the size of a huge avacado pressing on the left side of my uterus, right above my pubic bone. I pushed down on it then felt something really tiny... like maybe an elbow? It was about the size of a pushpin head (the plastic ones). I pushed on it and after about 3-4 seconds, it moved.. I thought it was totally awesome but kinda weird at the same time... I'm not sure if i'd be able to feel the baby's 'parts' yet or not given that I'm not that far along yet? Maybe it was a fist?? Hmm not sure

Oh.. I am 16w2d.

yeah I just thought it was neat as I am so early. I didn't know I could feel them this early.  I know I used to push on my kids when I was in my last trimester as I was getting kicked in the ribs or lungs.. that hurt..

My son used to kick me back when I pushed on him when I was in my last trimester. My ribs hurt!

For about the last 10 days, I've been feeling the baby move more and more as the days go by, especially when he's on the sides of my uterus.  Baby's kicks are still light though...

Anyways... thanks guys for the response :)

It could be your baby. I'm 15 weeks today and I've been feeling flutters. I've also had a few contractions which feels really strange.

I did read on one website that sometimes if you were to push on your uterus the baby can push back (in week 16- 17). So that really could be your baby! So cool!
