should i be concerned at all?

Just not 100% sure what's going on..
Hubby and I just had sex earlier tonight, straight after I thought I needed to pee, but it felt as though it was also coming out of my vagina.. I haven't had any pain or any contractions, but since then I have been feeling as though liquid is slowly coming out (definitely of a water/urine consistency- not a normal discharge or semen). It comes and goes, I didn't notice it while I was sitting on the couch for 2 hours, but felt it as soon as I stood up again..
Could this possibly be a leak in my waters? I'm only 25 weeks pregnant. No contractions or spotting, and can still feel baby moving around in there.

I would have your dr check it out. make an apnt.right away. You don't want your water to have a slow leak.

When I originally posted it was midnight where I live, I ended up just going to bed as I had mo bleeding or pain. Everything seems to be ok, baby is still very active every day. Guess it was a false alarm. Thanks ladies.

Did you go to the Dr or did it stop. Been thinking about you and hoping everything is ok with you and the baby.

If your feeling liquid down there and it's not urine or sweat I would suggest you go to the hospital right away to be sure it's not your waters breaking. Good luck!
