I have sleep paralysis, I was wondering if that could hurt my baby or even become hereditary?
I agree, unless there's something about it that concerns your Dr, I wouldn't be concerned. I mean we practically get insomnia while pregnant right lol
It's actually kind of common, and is seen as harmless. It is to keep us from moving around in the attempt to act out our dreams.
