loose bowels yuk
Hey girls..Im just over 10 weeks by my calculations. I felt great yesterday but today i feel awful in bed with an upset stomach and diarrhea...any tips??
That was me yesterday. It was horrible. Nothing I ate made me feel good. Then I posted on here and someone suggested white rice. I've been feeling great since. Or they say the B.R.A.T diet (bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast)
