You are constipated. Try drinking lots more fluids and get some juicy juice. Also, eat more green, leafy begetables.
Sounds to me like you are constipated. Many moms are during pregnancy. I would probably take colace (stool softener) so you do not get anymore backed up. Constipation can cause cramping. Hope this helps
You may not think your constipated but You probably are. If you weren't digesting anything your body would vomit everything you ate back up. When your pregnant your body slows digestion so that the body can absorb as many nutrients as possible.
