Braxton hicks and walking

Every time I go for a walk it seems to bring on cramps that I think are Braxton Hicks,  I'm trying to stay active but even walking the dog is becoming hard work as it's so uncomfortable. Is anyone else experiencing this or am I just majorly unfit?

I walk 10000steps a day average. And well I noticed after I eat something then go walk I get cramps( idk if braxtons) and then i need to stop and grab my belly. I try not to eat till after I go for a walk or take my dog. And Ill hunch forward to help it go away.

It's normal. Partly due to gravity and our changing centre of balance. With our bumps growing and protruding it's placing pressure on different parts of your torso that aren't used to it. Don't use it as an excuse to stop walking, just use it as an excuse to slow down. It will go away after baby gets here :)
