I'm feeling the same way. I'm 36 weeks . As soon as I lay down on either side I feel short of breath.. Causes me some anxiety and definitely a lot of restlessness, but I just try to concentrate on my breathing and eventually manage to calm enough to fall asleep at least for a little while. The baby is definitely just running out of room and our diaphragm and lungs are paying for it a bit. Let's try to hang In there!! I know it's hard but thank god for this site or I'd think I'm losing my patience and my mind.

I had the same problem, no matter how I laid I felt shortness of breathe. Nothing to worry about, baby is just running out of space there for presses on your lungs
