Please someone tell me you went through this and it came back positive ? Was your baby actually fine ?

When I went at 4 and 5 weeks, you couldn't see anything in there. There was hardly a sac. I went back at 8 weeks and saw my little bean with a thunderous heartbeat. Don't stress! Whatever will be, will be! But stress never helps.

as far as I know you cant see the baby til 7 weeks so it could have been missed at 5 weeks

I'm not sure. I know I was 4 wks with my first ultrasound and the only saw the gestational sac. At five weeks I saw out little blob and its heartbeat (which was extremely lucky so early?) Maybe you should go for another to confirm? If it is a blighted ovum unfortunately it is a loss I pray for you that this is not the case and that your little one is hiding or its too early.

They say the sac measures a little over 6 weeks and I just went to a community pregnancy center they did a vaginal ultrasound.
