Good night's sleep

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get a good night's sleep this far along in pregnancy? I'm 37 weeks and toss and turn throughout the night. I have the pregnancy pillow that worked early on but now it doesn't seem to be quite as effective.

I find it hard to sleep at night.. so when I feel sleepy in the afternoon, I try to take a nap. It seems to help. It's better than no sleep at all.

I take Tylenol pm because I wasn't able sleep at all. So I don't take pills all the time I tried getting in the tub to relax and drink chamomile tea.

Wish I knew more to tell you, I only sleep a few hours at a time anymore. Lo's metabolism is going long after ours is, which makes it hard to sleep. I will take a phenergan (prescribed to me for morning sickness) yo help me sleep BC they make me so tired. If not, ask your doc about Unisom, they told me it was safe to take. I only take about once a week to catch up on sleep lol 38+2 weeks
Been going through this for at least a month, maybe two
