I'm getting frustrated and scared :(

I'm 21weeks+5 this is my first pregnancy and I think I've lost something called the mucus plug this is my first time seeing something like this so I google it & the pictures look exactly as what I've had but I have no back pains, stomach cramps, or any leaking fluids should I be worried or am I over exaggerating?

I wouldn't stress about it to much. But I would definitely go to the doctors and get checked just in case.

It could just be thick discharge, which is normal with all the extra hormones. I know it's hard not to worry about anything that seems different but if you aren't having pains or bleeding you'll  be alright.  Just keep it in mind to tell your doc at your next appointment and see what he says
