Mild lower cramping

I'm experiencing mild lower cramping if feels like light period cramping and its constant. Is it something I should be worried about I'm 22 weeks today.

The cramps R probably Braxton hicks they start n 2nd trimester gettn uterus ready for big day... As long as there's no bleedn take Tylenol shld go away. I'm 21w wed and I've been gettn them last bout a min or two then gone..  Will continue to feel them til labor comes. Ask doc if UR really concerned but U shldnt be.

I experienced the same thing over the weekend. I took 2 Tylenols and cramps eventually went away. I haven't had any cramps today.

I get really bad cramps and am 23 weeks. pretty much everyday. I asked my doctor & she said it's nothing to worry about unless I'm bleeding

I feel the same at 21 weeks 2 days. I would like to get an answer to this as well. I hope it's nothing to really stress about.
