so anxious!

I'm due on the 15th and still only dialated one cm. I really don't want to be induced because I would rather him just come naturally on his own. What's a safe way I could speed up the process?

Research has eased my mind on talking castor oil it had worked for so many people and the risk to the baby have not been a proven fact

Don't take castor oil, i hear only bad things about that! Your baby will come, no need to worry. And that you aren't dilated or anything, does not mean a thing: you can go weeks with few cm opening and hard bellies, but you can also go from nothing to full labour in a few hours. And as someone who went from nothing to some opening, dropped baby and constant hard bellies: it is really oncomfortabele and tireing being like this for several days straight (since sunday night, gyn said any moment now on monday, but still the same niw on Thursday). Nothing to full on labour sounds amazing to me now lol. But i try do what i did before: relax and take it easy. I advise you to do the same (it worked for me lol)

You can refuse induction up until 42 weeks. So you still have plenty of time :)
