I can only get in doggy or on top it's hard work on top tho. In doggy style I can use a pillow to lean on and cushion my belly better. I haven't tried spooning but it sounds interesting

We do the one where your on the edge of the bed, feet in air  and your hubby is standing at the end of the bed. Makes it where he's not putting any pressure on you. I've tried the doggy but I have alot of cervix pain so that one didn't work for us. Good luck!

I can only have sex in 2 positions. (Tmi)
Spooning position and doggy. Otherwise my stomach gets in the way and it's just not comfortable.
