Holy sciatica!!

OMG so this morning when I woke up and got out of bed, I could barely walk. My sciatic nerve is killing me. I've had it before but never this bad. I've tried heating pad and switching positions, nothing helps. I've taken Tylenol too. I know not a lot can be done but man is it killing me. I'm starting to walk funny because of it. Ugh..... Just needed to vent.

Have either of you tried all fours? It's the only position that helps with mine. But after a while of that my back hurts from to much weight pulling on it.

Oh yeah that's not good. My knee doesn't buckle but I cannot get comfortable and it even hurts to walk. my husband tried to rub it and I screamed so loud I think I scared him. He won't be doing that again lol

I'm in the same boat.  I'm thinking this may be the final straw that forces my doctor to pull me from work (my sciatica makes my right knee buckle and I'm terrified of falling).  Ugh.
