failed 1 hr glucose

I failed my one hour glucose test. I went back too do a 3 hour one and I threw it all up in 40mins. Anyone else having sugar problems or not making it to finish the test?

Just took my 1 hour yesterday.  So nervous to get the result.  Had no issues during the test (only a little bit of dizziness about 40 minutes in) but I was hungry so that is probably why.  I'm naturally hypoglycemic, so I eat a little something every 2 hours or so, and went to the test directly from work, so hadn't eaten in about 3 hours.

I failed mine to... and passed out so they wolnt allow me to do the 3 hour one due to my anixoty and now I have to check my sugars myself.. i could cry

I am doing mine early at 23 weeks. Baby is growing fast - I failed my first. Git 152. Hoping to pass this time!

Hi, I failed my 1 hour glucose test also with a 143 which was barely above the cut off of 140.I had the 3 hour test this past week and got my results back today, and thankfully I passed. Good luck to everyone!

I was supposed to go for the one hour this week but my blood sugar has been dropping down into the 60s continously. It would make me really sick to do the test. My doctor is making me see a nutritional counselor tomorrow so I hope I don't have to take the hour test!

You do glucose screening between 26-28 weeks. I have to do a modified 3 hour test on Monday. I hope its not too bad :(

I just failed my 1 hr with a 179 while the cutoff is 139. I'm being scheduled to go back and take the 3 hr. Hopefully I pass that one

When do you get tested? My midwife said about me being tested, but nothing else has been said.

I'm exactly where you are. I failed my 1hr and had to do a 3hr. I kept the drink down, but barely. My results passed, but barely. So I am actually going to be scheduled for another 3hr at my next appointment. I've been put on a gestational diabetes diet in the meantime
