when did you start buying things to your babies im 23 weeks and 4 days?

About 10 weeks...lol.
We started at 7 weeks loo
I will start right about now for all the big things. Although clothes we started buying it as soon as we found out the gender
We started in December.
We have a lot of stuff we can get from family, and the extras we need, i'm mainly gonna put on the birth list to get as gifts. Just a few things we may be missing for the first month i'll buy myself, but still need to sort through mountains of 2nd hand baby stuff before i even know what i'll need lol
I started with gender neutral things as soon as I hit the 2nd trimester
I'm 24 weeks and I bought the stroller at around 20 weeks and the crib like a week and a half ago. As for clothes and little things, we started buying that after we found out what the gender was at 19 weeks.
