Difficult 3rd trimester!

I'm 30 weeks and a couple weeks ago, I got slammed with extreme fatigue. I am very irritable. Everybody and everything makes me aggravated for the most insignificant things. Lastly, I'm a colorist at a salon so I am on my feet allllll day so by the time I get home, my legs are are all numb and tingly. Ugh. I don't know how I'm going to survive these next couple months! Haaalp!! ><

I just turned 30 weeks and completely petered out agin. I thought for sure it was the extremely hot weather that came from no where here in WA. Come to find out at my last doctors appt Im very iron deficient and need to be taking more than prenatals provide. Check with the doctor asap cause this will have you flat burnt out.

You could check the box howmuch iron is in the supplements you take, but i'd think that what you take is enough. The fatigue is probably from carrying and growing your baby only then, which is also normal last months. Just make sure you rest enough then, sleep an extra hour at night or start taking a nap or so. And maybe try sit or lie down even at work inbetween clients and do a relaxation exercise (you can find those on youtube i think), or ask for a few extra breaks to do this (just 10 min a few times can do a lot), your boss might be understanding about your situation.

I already take prenatal vitamins. So you think extra iron supplements are needed?

Last trimester we need a lot of iron again for our babies. If you have to little iron, fatigue is one of the symptoms. Maybe take some vitamine supplement?
