At my 20 week ultrasound today they measured my uterus. It was 5.4 inches. The doctor said when the uterus is small like 2.5 it could result in preterm labor. She said mine is very big and I may not go into labor on my own has anyone heard of this?
My uterus measured large as well but that's due to my previous pregnancy and csection. I'm going for a VBAC and that part did not have the doctor concerned at all. He said it would even out towards the end. At 9 weeks my uterus was measuring 5 weeks ahead not sure about now. I don't think it's anything to be concerned about.
