I feel like my doctors scale is ALWAYS about 3 ponds more!!!! Its so annoying!!!!! LOL
I felt the same. It is about 3-4 pounds difference between my scale and doctor's scale.
Are u weighing ur self up stairs? Believe it or not that changes the# :)
I weigh myself weekly (because i'm overweight and don't want to gain to much), and when i get to my gynaecologist he weighs me too, and there i always weigh more (1 kilo+). He said it's normal. I just pay no attention to what the doctor weighs me and just use my own numbers to keep track.
No, the scale I use at home is always on par with the one at the doctors office. Do you have more clothes/shoes on when standing on the one at the doctors?
Liske, it must be the clothes. I weigh myself at home before every appointment and I always weight 3 lbs. or more at the doctor's office. But when I weigh at home I am not completely dressed.
Yes at the doctors I have jeans on and a light sweatshirt. I just didn't think that would add up to 7-8 pounds. But I will keep going off of my scale at home. I'm 152ish now and would like to stay below 180
Yeah, and later during the day, so very possible that explains it. I still use my own numbers, exactly because i weigh always in the morning and in underwear, so it works better to keep track of weight gain (or loss atm in my case)
I know the scales are going to weigh different especially because I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I go potty and naked. I am clothed, have eaten breakfast, and drink a lot so I can pee in the cup.
