Keep yourself hyderated...drink lots of fluids... Orange juice, water , lemon juice and coconut water... Munch on to healthy snacks like cucumber salads , nuts... I think that might help.

I'm glad to hear I am not alone! I have been so super tired since the beginning of December and at first I thought it was because of traveling to a different time zone and not fully adjusting. That's when I found out I was pregnant. I've been dragging butt since then. I work 12+ hour shifts as an ER nurse so it hasn't been easy. I eat well, drink lots of water and keep busy at work but since this fatigue has set in, I am unable to exercise because I have no energy. I am asleep before 10 every night and sleep 8+ hours depending on work schedule.

I feel you, it ***** we can't have a lot of coffe or energy drinks... But my advice is (if you have time) take three 20 minute naps spread out a day. If let yourself sleep longer than that your body gets accustomed to more sleep so you'll feel even more tired. The short power naps will give you more energy throughout your day, just try to stay busy so you don't end up passing out for hours on end. Good luck!

I hope it passes soon.I still work full time so I don't really have the option to sleep whenever I'm tired. I'm in bed by 7 every night and drag my butt all day lol

Yessss im due Aug 10th only about 6 weeks and this happened to me with my first son two years ago and I was just talking to my hubby today about it happening again and how tired I am. During our first son he would literally come home to surprise me throughout the day and i wouldnt move from the couch or bed whatever i feel asleep on. I guess being tired is better throwing up all the time like some mommys. But the first trimester for me seems like all i do is sleep. Its normal. Just our bodies preparing to grow our beautiful bundles of joy :) dont stress and sleep whenever you cann :) the more rest we get the better.
