I was induced with my first and I will be again here in 4 weeks the only thing that I didn't like was being in labor for 28 hours. I went in at 5pm on November 3rd they started the pitocin at 7pm my daughter was delivered at 11:37pm November 4th. Other than the long wait nothing really bothered me.
Im not sure which way he wants to use it or how much. Ive had pitocin before to help labor along but i was already in labor on my own. How long did your inductions take?
I was induced using pitocin. My experience was great I was 18 at the time and for a young mother having no clue what was going on I actually loved how smoothly it all went I have never heard of cytotec though.
I just had this very conversation with my husband! Try and look into the suppository induction one. They will insert it and it basically will allow a more natural process of going into labor!
Keep in mind that I've never been induced before, but I've heard HORRIBLE things about Cytotec, I was warned to say no if a doctor ever tried to give it to me. I would advise you to look it up online and read about it before you let your doctor give you it.
