Getting induced!

Hey ladies, I was just so excited I had to post. :) At the doctor's appointment today she said that if Lily doesn't make her big debut before the week of December 6th, then we'll be picking an induction date for that week! I'm so excited, that means no more than 18 days left.

I can't wait to hold our little angel! [I just hope she lets me get through Thanksgiving dinner!]

Well it looks like we'll probably be making it to the appointment next Tuesday. DH and I BD'd the night of Thanksgiving, hoping it would start contractions or help thin out my cervix. But as of this past Tuesday, I was still dilated to "one centimeter and a wiggle" and only slightly thinned out. I asked if there was any possibility that she could induce this week, but she said no. She wants DH and I to BD at least twice before my next appointment on Tuesday morning, but it's so uncomfortable. Not to mention the fact that DH is always so focused on not touching my belly.

I'm pretty convinced that nothing is going to happen between now and next Tuesday. Which means at our next appointment we'll be picking a date to start the induction. :)
