Just a Random Question?

I'm 22 weeks 3 days along. I'm just wondering when would be the best time to buy the baby's diaper bag, travel system and such.. Is it to early to start getting some of those things? Have any of you gotten anything for your babies yet? I'm anxious to go baby shopping for those things, but I'm just scared that I'm getting myself a little over excited with things.. With my first pregnancy I got everything at 20 weeks and the nursery ready by 30 weeks but since of my first experience I feel like I should wait until my baby boy is born.. Any ideas or advice on what I should do?

i think i'd have the whoel nursery done by now if we werent moving in the next few months :)

Thanks...we are SUPER excited, and part of it was doing their room, and making it a bit more real...for us, doing some of those things just made us feel some sense of progress in the middle of the pregnancy...otherwise...there is just a lull...past the first trimester really scary stuff..not yet into the third trimester excitement...does that make sense?!

We are just a few days behind you, and we are expecting twins.  We have done their room, and registered for everything.  We bought all their furniture, glider, etc..and I am buying a diaper bag today....(bidding on it online).  I think it's good to put positive vibes out there...many of us have had past situations that may have worked out differently than we thought, but you have to think positive and move forward with everything as if this is going to be perfect!

Maybe you could buy a few things to whet your appetite for shopping and set a date in a few weeks to get some other stuff!
