Braxton Hicks starting at 12 weeks?

Anyone else started having Braxton Hicks already?  I've been feeling them starting last week when I turned 12 weeks.  I never noticed them this early with my first two pregnancies and I'm wondering if this is normal maybe for 3rd pregnancies?

The only time I have felt braxton hicks (according to online) is when I...ahem...orgasm.  I also had it happen when I was 'highly stimulated', but never away from the bedroom scenario.  It says that they happen al the way through pregnancy, just that we are generally unaware and that it's good for the uterus in helping it prepare for labour.  I would, however, still talk to the doc to make sure.  Good luck, I hope it goes soon as it can't be comfortable for you.

Nope, definitely not the baby moving around.  I haven't felt that yet.  My whole pelvic region tightens hard as a rock for less than a minute then it goes away.  Happens a couple times a day now.  So weird!  With my other two I started Braxton Hicks in week mid/late 20s.  I guess I should put a call in to my doctor tomorrow.  I have been waiting to see if they would go away.  I'm not too worried though, seems like everything is a little different with this pregnancy so I'm chalking it up to being #3!

no can't say that I have, but you sure it's not the babies moving and stretching around in there, rather than an actual contraction?
