question

My baby boy is in my pelvic so they doctor said she could feel without checking but my water hasn't broke and I will be 39 weeks this week what can I do since they feel him that low to help him out more I've been walking slot and he's contracting slot but there not 3-5 minutes apart

You gotta eat alot of it for it to really do anything. But you can also try Nipple Stimulation. I did it yesterday for about a hour and I had contractions all nigh last night. And I started feeling them 20 mins after the first time.

I started eating pineapple last night and so far really nothing has happened to me

I've been eating pineapple now and I hope it's been woring my contraction seem to keep me up now

Yeah I ate some two days before I got checked and I dilated. Idk if it was that or what but you can try it.

Does pineapple really work cause ive been walking but I don't think its working i am 39weeks and i am not dilated

I haven't tried pineapple yet but the squats help the contraction take my breath away I'm going to check

You can try squats and pregnancy safe exercises. Raspberry leaf tea fresh pineapple. But really its all up to lil man. Im in the same spot too. Im 38 weeks
