Being paranoid

I am paranoid and every time i feel some kinda pain and freak out....as I get closer my 16 weeks.  I had a miscarriage last time at that point (preterm labor and i didnt know thats what was happening)  I am freaking myself out our baby has been doing great so I should stop stressing right? I have no severe cramping or bleeding but I can't stop worrying instead of enjoying this experience.  Also as I get closer to the day of my miscarriage I am getting kinda sad since I think about what happened on that day and the loss of our son...=(  I couldn't imagine it happening again...any advice on how to get myself out of this funk?

First, take a deep breath.  It's not going to help you or the little one if you're stressed all the time. I know that's Way easier said than done, but try. I, too, had a miscarriage.it happened at 8 weeks, and I  am now 13w along on my 2nd. I was dreading my first ultrasound.. . Like no sleep/anxiety/crying dreading. I was so afraid we weren't going to see a heartbeat. But we did. And we saw it again 3 weeks later when i didnt "feel" pregnant anymore. And yesterday we heard the heartbeat on the doppler. Each time I have been nervous, but it's all worked out. But it doesn't do baby any good to stress and think about what could go wrong. I'm taking my aches and pains as signs my little is alive and doing what it's supposed to.

I lost 2 babies last year and now I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant. I have been stressing so much too but I go to my doctor frequently. I don't know why this baby is sticking and the others didnt. I just feel like I'm meant to have THIS child. Yesterday I had a huge breakdown because I was supposed to go to the doctors and listen to the heartbeat and after being there for 2 hours they ended up cancelling my appointment. I was freaking out so I called a 4d ultrasound place in my town and they saw me 3 hours later. It was the biggest relief to see the baby move and hear it. That deff put me at ease. She recommended getting one of those at home fetal dopplers that way you can hear the heartbeat whenever you want.

I have pains too and worry. This is my 2nd child. My first I had an awful pregnancy. Stay sick all the time and ended up dehydrated and having to get 2 bags of fluid. That was not fun. This time around I have felt sick but haven't thrown up. This one has been a walk in the park so I have been worried more. I don't know why because when I went in because I had a UTI I haf an ultra sound to make sure it was ok and the heart beat was strong and it was moving around. Crossing my fingers that a 188 HR means girl again lol. I have also been moving during this pregnancy too so I have been worried but I'm not on restrictions. I'm 11 weeks and am just a big worrier and will be until I start feeling movement.
