Help!! Leaking!

o this is going to be realy TMI but I'm scared because me and my husband were having not extremely rough sex but rough enough to the point that now I'm scared bcuz I keep feeling a wet sensation comming from my vagina.( I know it's from my vagina and not just pee) it is oder less and definitely not like *** or regular discharge as mine has a slight smell and is 99.9% of the time thick and white. I sat on the toilet for a long and at made sure it was from my vagina but it's hard for me to tell if it's a true leak... I'm very scared because I am only 24 weeks 5days and she is my first time pregnancy...I feel her moving and even have very very light cramping almost unnoticeable...Idk exactly what I'm asking for..advice? Reassurance? Personal experience? I am very stressed out...please help

Thanks ladies, I whent in and they ran some tests and said it was not amniotic fluid. I guess my discharge is changing now that I'm further along? Was kind of scary but I'm glad everything is fine. But I'm going to have to wear liners all the time now
