Ohhhh I absolutely cannot wait to be able to fit my regular clothes again, feels like I've been pregnant for a very long time!  I was about 115 before pregnancy and went up to 180 (so far).  Must be storing a lot of water!

I've been off work now since the end of October so It's going to be hard bouncing back!  Thank goodness for a free membership where I work!

We'll all get there :)

I can't wait to get my body back.  Don't think it matters what we do, as long as we start doing it regularly.

I am quite shocked at how much strength I have lost with nearly 3 weeks of complete bedrest.  I was squatting to pick something up yesterday and could hardly get up afterwards.

And my hips are huge compared to what they were prepregnancy.

I reached 193 lbs before baby girl was born last Saturday.  Now 5 days after the birth I weight 182 lbs.  Still have a long way to go.  My prepregnancy weight was about 170 lbs.  I would like to get down to about 150 lbs.

Doc said I have to go for 2 weeks with no lifting, straining, and with limited walking, etc.
Then I can build up slowly to get my fitness back, but still on reduced activities for 6 weeks.

I'm going to get back to the gym (my condo development has a gym for residents) once I hit the 2 week mark, and I'll also get back to swimming once there's no more discharge (probably after the 2 weeks are up), then I'll start running and biking as soon as it feels ok, but will build up with walking first.  Will also try to do some yoga classes to get back my core strength.

I am WITH YA! I cannot wait to get my body back! I totally and completely recommend the Hip Hop Abs workout DVD's. OMG, I bought them the year before my Wedding and let me tell you, within ONE week I had more defined abs! And as much as they define and shape your abs, the workouts act as Cardio too. So your moving your legs and arms. I did them for a good 6 months before my Wedding and I was in the best shape of my life...every part of my body was toned to perfection and I felt great! They worked and they are FUN! So it makes you want to stick with it.
I did those along with my Winsor Pilates tapes because Pilates always relaxed me and made my body more flexible. So combining those tapes I was getting cardio and toning in...felt great, looked great!

Im going to start back working out with a mommy and me yoga dvd and lots of walking!  Im not joining a gym at this point either.  I tend to go and go and go and then stop going to a gym.  Once the weather warms up, Ill be taking my bike back out for rides.

I might join a yoga studio again, but Ill see....
