whats a hcg level? im about 7weeks i have a ultrsound july 15.i went camping last sat-sun and ive been feeling awful ever since im cramping in my back and hips is this normal any answers will be awesome

That's good to know.  I'm experiencing the same thing.  This site is really helping with all these changes.  My poor DH is having to deal with all my fears about every single twitch that I feel.  It's nice to know that others are going through the same things. :)

Round ligament pain -- so that's what it is!  Every once in awhile I have this muscular-like pain (not cramping per se) when I stretch or turn over while sleeping.  It's so strange, but I bet that's what it is.

I wanted to come back and fix my post... first let me say that I didnt mean to scare you. Just wanted to let you know that if your pain is severe it should be checked by a doctor. I take back what I said about NEVER being normal... Just because you have severe pain doesnt neccessarily mean that there is something wrong with your pregnancy. It could be something minor like a cyst or numerous other things. I just wanted to stress that if you hurt that bad you should be checked.

HCG levels are hormone levels that pregnancy produces, many of us are watching them here due to prior m/c, bleeding, or other complications. Dr's do not normally follow these levels in "normal" pregnancies.
If I had to guess I would say that the cramping you are describing is round ligament pain. I had that really bad with my son (muscles and ligaments streching to prepare for carrying your baby). But do note that AWEFUL pain is NEVER normal in pregnancy. If the pain is severe PLEASE... call your Dr. and get an oppinion from them.
