If it helps any...I cried over a bologna and mustard sandwich. No idea why. I made one and as soon as I walked into the living room to eat I started crying and couldnt eat it. I cried when my cuz called to tell me they were having to re-shingle their house!! Hormones can really put you in a stresser but they get better. I just focus on the end result...my lil one in my arms!! Hang in there!!

I can cry at the drop of a dime nowadays. Guess we can chalk it up to hormones that are raging through our bodies. It wouldnt hurt though to bring this up with your OB and see what they say about it. Maybe there is some kind of mommy group he can recommend or a brief visit with a counselor. Why do you feel alone? Is your babies father not in your life right now? I hope you feel better and start getting super happy as you are so blessed to have this little miracle growing inside you :)

The oddest things trigger my crying but I agree with SunWorshiper-- if your emotions are affecting your day to day activity, you definitely should talk to your OB so you are in a good place when the baby arrives.

This can be normal in pregnancy but if it is effecting your daily life and everyday functioning than I would suggest speaking with your OB about it and possibly a counselor. Pregnancy can be a very scary time as it brings lots of change between our bodies growing and changing and our lives being turned upside-down on top of that anxiety of what will be once baby is born. Women who are predisposed to depression and anxiety or have experience lt in the past are much more likely to have depression and anxiety during pregnancy and after pregnancy. It can require treatment (therapy and or medication) as it can become worse once baby is born (post partum depression). If you start treatment prior to delivery there is much more of a chance of avoiding post partum depression.

I hope this helps. Either way please talk to your OB about this so they are at least aware of it.
