I say walking. ... squats... light stretches and light weight lifting I'm also in canada, but I go over to my dad's to use their treadmill and walk for half an hr a day
If it's something that you'd do normally, it should be safe. Just listen to your body and don't push too hard.
For someone like me, who's pretty lazy, starting a new exercise or activity would be a bad idea. Bit of you're normally pretty active do what you want and what feels good. Although I wouldn't suggest sky diving or ski jumping, anything particularly dangerous. But there are plenty of women who run marathons on their due dates or keep doing their cross fit and lifting, yoga, and what have you throughout pregnancy.
Thats not safe. Nothing where u could fall down.
