If you're not sexually active towards the end of your pregnancy, can that make labor harder since there's no action going on down there and a huge watermelon is trying to stretch out of a tiny lemon??? Like would you be more prone to tearing or needing an episiotomy??

As much as we want, we can't have sex because am having a lot of discharge :(

Lol no i didn't have sex with my first born and did fine. Its jus something to help jumpstart labor by release chemicals that can soften your cervix or contractions depending on wat your doin. And im sorry to say may be tmi but ive been having sex alot lately and ive been sitting at a 1, no cervical changes. Ive been contracting but thats because i was diagnosed with an irritable uterus. I think the only way it really help to jumpstart labor is if your already on your way there.
