My original due date was feb 13 but i'll be getting induced Monday the 9th at 4:30am. Im so excited to know an exact date when i'll be meeting my baby girl but i do admit that i'm extremely scared. I am a ftm and dont know what to expect. It's very overwhelming and im just so nervous i have lots of emotions going on right now. Good advice would be appreciated :)

Thanks for the responses.  My baby was 8 pounds one week ago and I still have 16 days.  I really don't want to be induced but wish you all well as you have your babies!

@kary1989 well its deff different for everyone ive heard good experiences with inducing also im hoping for the best

@madge1986 im getting induced because i asked her to and she assured me for a fact that she will be there to deliver me. I dont want to pass my due date anyways. 3 weeks ago she was already weighing in at 7 pounds its only 3 days from the actual date.

@Madge im being induced due to my bp running rather high during these last few weeks... they were letting me go for a while longer n now ill be 39 when they induce me so technicaly they dont have to have a reason but do have anyways :p my bp was 150/100 the other day n my pulse today was freaking 166!!! (My grandpa has a pacemaker so i made sure the machine was working sence his pulse n bp stays pretty much the same)

Hey im due on the 9th this is my fifth child my first boy i have no sings of labor yet but i have an app tomorrow they gonna check me down to see if there any progress...im scare too cause i might get induce if baby dont come on his own i really dont want to bacuse i had the experience before n im tellin ya its no joke those pains r horriable u feel the contractions twice as strong omg no joke i dont want to be induce but i got a feelin i am.n im so scare

I am due on the 20th and am just curious why you lovely ft ms are being induced?  I am worried my doctor is going to suggest that at my next appointment because I am measuring big.  Just curious your reasons.

Ahhh im due feb.16th but am also being induced on the 9th at 9am <3 im also a ftm and am alil nervous but we can do it :D

i'm a ftm as well, and i'm due the 12th. all i can say is good luck and congrats! hope the experience isn't too bad! keep us updated :)
