it takes alittle time to come down. your still retaining some fluid and your uterus needs to shrink back to its normal size. continue breast feeding that helps so much with contracting the uterus to its previous size. but its pretty normal to have a belly for a month or so post partum so dont stress over it too much. and since you had a csection your still healing...wait six weeks or your till you have the all clear from the dr before starting any exercises. i had a c section and was recommended not to use a belt or corset because it actually weakens and prevents your muscles from firing and getting back to functioning.
Corset-- waist training and those it works wraps plus exercise and eating right.
