When can I sleep on my belly?

I gave birth to my beautiful little princess 25th February... 2 days after my due date 23rd feb... My water broke 11pm on my actual due date and had to get induced 24th feb @ 3 pm and ended up getting the epidural at 1 am and after few hours @ 6:21 am did my beautiful princess enter this world. 3495 gr... I have so many stitches and I have a lot of fluid in my body what can I do? And I'm constantly breastfeeding every 2 hrs.. I really wanna sleep on my tummy but I don't know if it is safe?

My second night in the hospital I looked at my husband and went "OMG I CAN SLEEP ON MY STOMACH AGAIN!!!!" So I did lol. As long as you're comfortable and no issues go for it momma!

Your breasts might be a little sore but other than that, go for it! I can't wait to stretch out and lay on my belly after this bowling ball is born!! Ugh...so jealous!

I slept on my tummy the night I had my son in the hospital! (: as long as there's no concerns and you didn have a c-section you're probably fine!
