So I went to pee then thirty minutes later small liquid came out with a little discharge! Ive been having cramps here and there? Should I go to the hospital?

Call your OB! She will check for sure & decide whether you have enough fluid or not, she may send you to L&D
That could be your water leaking happened to me with my daughter
I would go... every time you feel something is not right you should go.
I would put on clean pad or undrrwear and if they keep gettiing wet or smell like bleach go in... or i can just go.in now
