sleeping ...
am I the only one who isn't sleeping well? Comments . Suggestions ?
Uuugh same here. Im so restless, I cant get comfortable and when i finally do dose off I wake up cause I have pee...oh the beauty of pregnancy..lol. Oh the being cold thing too..i feel like im standing in a walk in freezer sometimes. I wonder if its a iron deficiency or something.
Same here :( another thing is I get very cold for no reason. It is warm in tge room and I am using winter duvet but in the middle of the night I will get so cold! My whole body is covered with goose bumps. After about 10 min I get back to normal.
Nope, youre not alone! 2am and 5am wake ups have become normal now, loo breaks lol, but also fair amount of tossing from side to side during the night. Think im ready for pyjama drill, lol, only 8 weeks sofar and so uncomfortable but still smiling :) My strategy is to nap any moment I get, during a tv ad break, whilst waiting for washing to finish etc. It ads up and you wont feel as tired.
