naturaly inducing self

So ladies :) im not gunna try anything yet but i was wondering what are ways to naturaly induce labor :D im 35+4 n have been preterming for almost 2 weeks n if i make it to 37 weeks imma start trying to get her out :) ive had the steriod shots n been on procartia to stop contractions but they are taking me off next week n im so ready to have this baby :D so bring on the ways :D

I had my membranes scraped, went home had lots of sex and the next day i was in labor!  Worked with all 3 of my pregnancys and gonna do it again in a couple weeks!!

there are no natural ways to start labour unless its going to happen anyway. so in your case it may be effective. sex helps soften and rippen cervix and if you have an orgasm it can cause contractions but sex is more effective at turning inactive labour into active, walking, raspberry leaf tea can cause contractions and helps tone the uterus. Castro oil may work for you but if your not about  to go into labour it will just give you diarrhea. good luck as mentioned even if they dont induce you all these treatments can help ease laboir and shorten the time once it starts.
