sleepless nights

I haven't gotten sleep in 4 days! Every time I lay down I get contractions extremely bad and horrible , my Dr has confirmed not braxton hicks they're the real ones and I can't deliver yet I'm still 3cm dilated. Every time I go to the hospital I get sent home , I just want some sleep lol

Thank you ladies , just got home from the doctors and I'm 4cm dilated and just got my membrane sweep done. Hopefully he decides to come out of me already

Omg i feel you i had my baby girl yesterday, and i held up for a whole day until i couldnt take it no more once i got to the hospital i was 8cm, what helped me was just focusing on the breathing while u get the contractions. Dont stress and think about the pain or it gets worse. Dont even think about how bad u wanna go to the hospital becauae it makes it worst. Just breathe through them relax and smile after that contraction goes away.

Warm bath, lower back massage, paracetamol and patience. Keep strong, I'll have my fingers crossed for you. Hot water bottle and sleeping in upright position might help.
