am feeling dizzy its been more than 3 hours since my baby has moved

I need help I feel dizzy short on air and it's been a couple of hours since my baby has moved is it normal?!

If you lay on your left side with your feet up you should feel baby move, not strait away but it will work don't be worried if you don't. I can go a whole day without baby moving but then movement all night long.

Drink juice, then wait about 20 minutes. See if baby moves. Also eat peanut butter or something high in protein. That'll help baby move to. If that doesn't work I'd head in to be checked.
