I haven't!
But YAY! We are all getiing close now!
Yes, Mine has been leaking for quite awhile now...maybe for the past 6 weeks, and I am 34.4 days today....I guess we are all different, but it is a relief for me, becuse I didn't think I was going to be able to breastfeed, since I had implants, over the muscle, about 9 years ago!! So...Yeah!! Good news.
Mine aren't dripping bad, just a little clear drops out of both nipples, but if I squeeze it, then there is some kind of yellow color substnace mixed with the colostrum!!
My husband said that he can taste it, and that it is really sweet!! TMI :)
Mine is there but only noticable when I apply pressure. I haven't actually leaked. But I have all kinds of blue freaky veins on my boobs! Today is my 37.5 appt. I just want to make it until January. This boy is soo active at times it hurts!
I am 36 weeks and I am just like tramaddi, it only leaks when I apply pressure. Blue veins are everywhere though.
No blue veins (yet?) for me but i haven't leaked since Sunday. I wore breast pads all day yesterday...no thanks...Im in no rush to wear those! They weren't uncomfortable but you could see them under certain blouses, so I wore a sweater. Plus, they made me feel a little warm under the bra. I just carry two with me now, just in case I need them! However, if I get a full on leak, I don't think they will do me much good!
Im in my 35th week. Sophia is getting more and more active, it seems. I think the fact that she is getting bigger makes me feel more of her movement now than I did prior and so far, she's been kind to me except when I feel like she thinks my bladder is fun soft ball she can beat up!
Hmmm. Everyone is leaking colostrum except me? I am 37 weeks.. I am now wondering if I should be concerned?
Any input?
No, you shouldn't be concerned.....I didn't leak at all with my son, and believe me I had milk that came in, about 2 days after...it hurt!!
yup, Sar said it right. Not everyone has colostrum leak before birth. It also dosent' mean your milk or my milk will come in any differently.
No worries :)
