I am still miserable. But I have found some relief by doing the following:
- Vicks vapo-rub on my chest at night
- Sleeping in a semi-sitting position (When I started doing this my chest doesn't feel as heavy)
- Getting a humidifier and putting the vicks vapor stuff in it while sleeping
- Putting a hot as I can stand it towel on my chest (not sure if it works but it does feel good, I really like doing this while taking a nice warm bath)
- Inhaling eucalyptus(sp??)
I've also been taking 2 benadryl and 1 sudafed every 4-6 hours
I'm still stopped up and feel downright awful, but I must say that I feel better than I have since last Friday. I can also breath a bit better and compared to the last three days, I don't feel like there is an elephant on my chest. Maybe just a large house cat. :)
