Just eat healthy. A well balanced diet, lots of fruit and veggies, and if you decide on a vegetarian diet, make sure your getting your iron and protein. You may also want to make sure you stay on your prenatal vitamens, even while ttc.

I agree! Just eat a healthy, well balance diet. Lots of protein! I have read that adding a little more salt to your diet can lower the chances of miscarriage. I had 2 miscarriages as well and after that started to add more salt to my diet as I eat a VERY healthy fat and salt free diet. I am 6 weeks pregnant now and so far so good. I'm not saying that this will be 100% for you but it's worth a try. Most times the baby just isn't developing properly and it's natures way of taking care of it. I know it's hard but keep trying and try to be positive about it. It WILL happen!!

I am a vegetarian. It seems to work well for me. You will need to make sure that you are getting enough protein and iron. I will usually eat chicken about once or twice a week and I might eat a steak about once or twice a year (prime rib medium rare). My doc said to switch to full flavor milk instead of using soy. Try to eat eggs at least every other day (very high in protein, but I don't have cholesterol issues). If you have more questions let me know. A normal day for me is breakfast bowl of raisin bran crunch with cereal and a glass of OJ. Lunch Veggie wrap made with roasted veggies and a little hummus usually on a spinach or tomato wrap. Dinner (usually queasy by this time) so anything I can hold down last night I had french toast with lite syrup. I snack on fruits. I keep watermelon cut up and oranges, pears, cherries, etc within easy reach.
Also, usually I am a runner, but I have also m/c'd twice. My doc said no running, walking only and to watch that my heart rate doesn't get over 120 and that I don't sweat too profusely or get too hot.
