2nd Ultrasound :)

Hi everyone!!
I just wanted to give you an update...I went for my 2nd ultrasound today and we have one little healthy baby growing with a nice strong heartbeat!! :) I am 8 weeks & 4 days.
It is such an amazing thing to see..I'm elated!! I wish you all the same happiness!!

I'm so jealous ;-)  I won't get an ultrasound for another few weeks still....

Here, they don't typically do one earlier than 10-12 weeks unless there's some sort of history there to warrant one sooner.....If I opt for maternal screening, I can have one at 10-12 weeks - I want to do what I did last time and opt for the screening...go for the initial u/s so I can see the baby and then decline all the subsequent bloodwork (screens for downs, etc.)....

Great to hear! I am 7 weeks and 3 days today. I got to see and hear the heartbeat as well. It was 141. Im excited too. However, I had to go and get that stinken beta done today. It was 70,414.7  I guess that is good right? I go again on Firday... I think its crazy. But o-well

Congrats... happy health 9 months to you too!
