fluctuations in baby's HB

At 7 weeks my baby's HB was 170 at 9 weeks it was 180, then at 10 weeks it went down to 130. I'm worried this could be a sign my baby is dying. I mean I would understand a small drop, but this is a big drop! We are talking 40 beats! The Dr said as long as it stays over 120 she is not concerned, but my next apt isn't until Aug 4th, how does she know if it's wasn't dropping at the time she checked it? I have been worried ever since my apt Tuesday. Has anyone else experienced this?

It's normal for a baby's heartrate to fluctuate like this. When the heartrate is higher, your baby is being more active; When it's lower, it's either sleeping or not being as active. Don't worry though girl, it's ok! I know you're worried, but your little one is just fine! :)
