When are you planning on telling friends and family the happy news?

Just curious about when all of you are planning on telling your friends and family that you're pregnant.

DH and I want to be past the first trimester and start telling people at 12 weeks - praying all goes well and baby stays healthy. This is my second child, and I'm already feeling huge (and my BBs ARE huge!) so I don't think I can wait much past that, anyway....otherwise, people will just start to figure it out for themselves when they see me packing on the pounds, LOL

you are in a miscarriage stage until the 12th week.  a lot of people wait until that after hearing the heartbeat i told my parents and sisters and babys daddy/fiances sister. were waiting another months to tell the rest.

I am due January 7th and I am now 9weeks 4 days......I have told very few people as I am 39 and I want to make sure the Nuchel and blood tests come out normal first. So it will be around 12 weeks that I will tell if things look ok....

I've reached 7w4d and have another 2 weeks before I'm past the last miscarriage zone.  I've told my mum and a few close friends, but my husband and I are waiting until the 12 week nuchal scan to see that everything is OK before we tell the kids and make it generally public.  Mind you, I want to tell absolutely everyone!!!!  I think they're going to figure out why I'm losing breakfast every morning anyway....
