Does the pain ever stop, or is it constant?  Do you notice it some times more then others?

I had a HORRIBLE pain a couple of weeks ago, completely doubled over.  Then it was happening on and off during the day and it was just terrible in the morning.  Dr had me come in for a u/s and everything looked just fine.  Once she said constipation it totally rang a bell and it was because I had so much pressure going on.  It finally worked itself out, if you know what I mean.  But it was really scary while it was happening.
