Had my ultrasound today, it was soo amazing seeing that little jelly bean on the screen watching the fluttering :0). Everything is good, I measured 7wks 2 days instead of the 7wks 6days we originally thought (based on LMP). The heartrate was 146, it was great listening to it, let me tell you! We've wanted this for so long! Now if it can just keep on growing for the next 33wks or so... :0) HORRAY FOR HEALTHY PREGNANCIES FOR ALL!

Went to the doctor today and they told me the exact same thing. 8 weeks 4 days. HR was 164 just a flickering. Ill post the U/S photos as sson as I get a chance. Theres no mistaking with these pics, theres a baby in there. These are the clearest pics I've ever seen. Even from my 1st pregnancy. lol

My doctor never did run a beta test, the first appointment was .. pee in a cup explain my situation and leave. ( New doctor ) There was no mention of a ultrasound but he did schedule me one within the week.  So I guess he realized that my situation was more of a high risk and waiting till the 12th week wasn't a good idea.

Thank you for responding Lin, with you telling me that in some way you have been at least  feeling the same way. It's comforting.  I feel this time is different than the rest, but I can't help but think the worst. This is CRAZY!

Either way ladies, my  ultrasound is tomorrow...and I will be 9 weeks tomorrow!! ( OMG!!!) I will update tomorrow with my news.. good or bad :)

Sorry to say, but your post made me smile a little. I have had the VERY same feelings and fears you're having on and off for the past couple of weeks. Last week for example I went 4 days feeling fine. My nausea, sore breasts, cramping, everything I had been feeling since my BFP just seem to dissappear. I was so worried something was wrong, my coworker told me stop fretting as long as there was no blood then everything was normal and for me to just enjoy a break from the horrible side effects. Well Friday, still slightly concerned I was doing research on the net trying to find out why my symptoms became non existant, and I went to the bathroom at work and got sooo very sick. It was like God had heard me asking for a reminder and gave it to me tenfold. :0) You really shouldn't worry too much, your body could just be acclamating to the hormone increase. Soon enough those horrible 1st trimester side effects will return. If they don't you should feel very lucky to have not experienced it very long, (my mother in law said she was nauseas for 1 week then she was fine). If you're still worried ask your dr. to run another beta to see how you're numbers have increased. Good luck to you!

All: I have another ultrasound this Thursday, DH and I are soo anxious to here that little heartbeat! Wish me luck ladies! :0)

Hey were going to the lake too .. prolly not the same one though lol!  I agree with the Doctors its prolly too soon to see  but just give it time and take care of your self the best thing for a woman expecting is sleep. which is what im needing also. too much in the day not enough hours to sleep trust me I know ! lol

Well I had my first u/s and prenatal appt. today :0). Right now we're thinking I might not be as far along as we calculated by my LMP so now we're thinking I'm like 5w2d instead of 6wks along. They did see the gestational sac but no yolk or fetal pole yet (too soon they said). I've been feeling sooo nauseas lately and tired. BBS a little sore nothing to extreme. I'm just holding my breath till the end of this trimester. I've been battling insomnia for a while now and stopped taking OTC sleep aides when I got my BFP, which of course made sleep nearly nonexistant. My dr. told me Tylenol PM was pregnancy safe THANK GOD! :0) At least now I can get a good nights sleep if I have to battle m/s all day lol.

DH and I are taking a little trip to the lake this weekend... I am soo ready. to sit on the lake, and just relax! Kinda sad that I won't be having a margarita but its ok... its way worth it :0)

I have been taking it easy this time around. My first appointment is next week. I waited longer to actually BOOK the appointment as my previous times I never made it to my first. Question about general "feeling" at this stage. I have headaches, sore nipples (not so much breasts), I had some nausea but it seems to have subsided a bit (still there) usually at night bfor bed. How is everyone else feeling? I am 7w2d today.. again hopeing for the sticky baby! I am only 22 I never realized how much I wanted this.

I will be praying for you and your healthy baby. Dont stress your self out alot or lift anything over 20 pounds sometime the slightest thing can cause a miscarriage.
